Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, dispatch and delivery for purchases made through our store, across all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.

Delivery timeframes depend on your location within Oman:

• Muscat: 1–2 business days from dispatch.
• Other Governorates (Dhofar, Al Batinah, Ad Dakhiliyah, Ash Sharqiyah, Adh Dhahirah, Al Buraimi, Al Wusta & Musandam): 2–4 business days from dispatch.
• Same-Day Delivery (Muscat only): available for orders placed before 12:00 PM, for an additional fee of OMR 3.500. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the following business day.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any applicable shipping fees, discounts, or free-shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We currently ship across all governorates of Oman, including Muscat, Dhofar, Al Batinah, Ad Dakhiliyah, Ash Sharqiyah, Adh Dhahirah, Al Buraimi, Al Wusta and Musandam. If you have questions about whether we can deliver to you, please contact us before placing your order.

We work with a dedicated local courier partner to bring your Scentation order to your door safely, swiftly, and with care, reflecting the same precision and elegance we put into crafting our products.

You may amend or cancel your order at any time before it enters processing. To do so, email us with your order number and we will take care of it. Once an order has entered processing or been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

While we take every care in preparing and dispatching your order, delivery timeframes provided by couriers are estimates and not guaranteed. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
